Position Title: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

About the Role: This role is pivotal for managing a significant healthcare construction project, specifically a freestanding surgical center spanning 40,000 to 50,000 square feet, with a budget of $40 to $50 million. The Senior Project Manager will operate from the Yakima satellite office while overseeing projects across Central Washington, from Tri-Cities to Wenatchee and Omak. The position offers the potential for long-term growth, with a pathway to becoming the General Manager of the Central Washington/Yakima office within approximately five to seven years. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can drive project success and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to team management and communication.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 / Year DOE
