Summary

Lead the execution of active site acquisition opportunities by coordinating due diligence, approvals, and project activities to ensure projects advance efficiently from acquisition through development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, and milestone tracking.

Critical Qualifications

  • 7+ years managing complex infrastructure, real estate development, or data centre projects.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
