contributing to the continued growth of the Calgary office by supporting a diverse portfolio of projects and expanding our local presence, supporting the delivery of renewable energy and power projects while strengthening local pursuit capability, industry connectivity, and overall delivery performance.

The opportunity - Lead day-to-day project management across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder interfaces to ensure successful project outcomes
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, including workplans, reporting frameworks, action/risk/issue tracking, and change control processes
- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient project outputs
- Manage interfaces with contractors, EPCs, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, fostering strong and collaborative working relationships throughout project delivery
- Support business development activities for renewable energy pursuits, including strategy development, team coordination, and delivery planning, while maintaining industry connections from pursuit through execution
- Contribute to strengthening the PPCM Calgary offering by enhancing delivery consistency, client relationships, and market presence

Is this role right for you?- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, construction management, project management, or similar)
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex projects in consulting, engineering, or construction environments, with renewable energy or power sector experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and interfaces
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with contractors and client representatives
- Experience supporting or leading renewable energy and power projects
Preferred:- Experience working within contractor-led or alternative delivery environments (e.g., design-build or EPC models)
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) or progress toward accreditation
- Strong data management, reporting, and project controls capability

Toronto Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $105,000 to $115,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note, hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
