Role description:Arcadis is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Program management team in the Los Angeles area. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. They drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and organizational goals.
Role accountabilities:- Must independently manage all aspects of a project.
- Will develop and control project scope.
- Ability to develop and review project schedules.
- Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.
- Effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.
- Ability to negotiate and prepare change orders.
- You will effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.
- Ability to set and manage project expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum 15 years (PM II) of project management experience, in managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
- Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $147,000 - $160,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
