Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location(s): Richmond, VA
(Hybrid: Preferred 2 days/week onsite)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a Revenue Lifecycle Replacement System. This is a high-risk, complex initiative involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of a large-scale revenue lifecycle replacement project.
  • Coordinate activities across vendors, consultants, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Develop and present project updates to executive leadership.
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, business leaders, vendors, sponsors, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technology leads and solution architects to align project plans with organizational best practices.
  • Manage procurement activities and vendor performance using defined metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with established project management governance and standards.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Lead project scoping, requirements gathering, estimation, and planning activities.

Required Skills:
