About The Role:The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multiyear Agentic AI program within HR, coordinating cross functional teams across People, Digital & Technology, Change Management and other stakeholders. This role ensures disciplined execution across multiple AI agent deployments while managing dependencies, risks, and value realization at scale.
What You'll Do: - Own and manager integrated project plans for delivery of multi-year AI transformation agenda including multiple workstreams (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Manager Assistants, Knowledge, Workforce Admin).
- Manage delivery across discovery, pilot, scale, and optimization phases for AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Coordinate dependencies between HR SMEs, product owners, engineering, data, security, and vendors.
- Support with tracking of benefits realization, milestones, risks, and interlocks across a multi year roadmap.
- Establish program governance, reporting, and executive level updates.
- Ensure alignment between delivery, change readiness, and operational adoption.

- 8+ years of senior project or program management experience in enterprise transformation.
- Proven delivery of AI, automation, or complex digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery in regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience working with HR, shared services, or employee facing platforms strongly preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Project Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Project Manager position is $180,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
