We are seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to lead and coordinate strategic cybersecurity, operational resilience, and IT resilience initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity (3 days on-site per month) commencing August 10, 2026, for an initial one-year term with a possible one-year extension. The successful candidate must possess a Secret Security Clearance or have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years to be eligible to obtain the required security clearance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security, including 10 years as a Senior Project Manager leading the definition and implementation of cybersecurity solutions in complex environments. Responsibilities include coordinating cybersecurity, operational resilience, and IT resilience initiatives; developing project plans, risk registers, governance models, implementation roadmaps, dashboards, status reports, and transition strategies; supporting recovery testing for critical systems; managing project resources and stakeholder engagement; facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies; and ensuring alignment with business objectives and cybersecurity requirements. Experience applying PMBOK methodologies, leading cross-functional teams, supporting Azure cloud projects, and holding PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications will be considered strong assets.
