- Manage and lead multiple projects across high-end interior projects, of varying size, complexity, and design phases.
- Work collaboratively across teams to develop creative design solutions that meet the client's criteria.
- Ensure the standardization of design intent, processes, and other needs across the office.
- Collaborate collectively and manage communication between the project team, client contractors, and consultants.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in the development of design solutions.
- Serve as a resource to Interior Designers and Project Managers as designs are developed.
- Lead the development of 2D and 3D graphics, presentations, and other collateral to convey design ideas to clients and project teams.
- Oversee in construction observation, helping keep the built product aligned with design intent.
- Facilitate the development of strong client relationships as a project team member.
WHAT WE NEED• MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS• - Registered Interior Designer preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- 8 - 10 years of relevant Interior Design experience and Interiors projects.
- Extensive experience leading and designing high-end commercial projects.
- Knowledge of architectural/interior finishes, lighting, color, and materials to carryout design intent.
- Advanced knowledge of building codes, and local permitting experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex design concepts in simple and meaningful ways.
- Proficient in Revit required.
- Working knowledge of parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo) a plus.
- Proficient in Rhino and working knowledge of Enscape preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and move forward on assigned tasks confidently while working independently and competently.
- Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.
- Negotiate around roadblocks and obstacles to complete tasks on schedule and within budgeted hours.
