Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university and 7 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge in a specific engineering discipline with basic knowledge of other disciplines.
• Strong skills in facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving.
• Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and manage comprehensive work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Leadership experience in diverse project teams is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall engineering design efforts for Design-Only and EPC projects to optimize safety, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a multi-discipline team to ensure project success.
• Implement the Quality Program for engineering designs.
• Prepare and manage final engineering labor-hour budgets.
• Collaborate with project controls to manage engineering design schedule, budget, and progress measurements.
• Prepare, submit, and manage client change orders.
• Manage subcontracted product procurement and engineering design efforts.
• Direct and manage field services.
• Present designs and proposals to clients and relevant authorities.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and vendors during projects.
• Lead project proposal efforts.
