Required Qualifications - Education- Master's degree in business, construction management, technical, or engineering, or a related field, plus five (5) years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas; OR
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, technical, or engineering, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas; OR
- Associate's degree in business, construction management, technical, or engineering, or a related field, plus eleven (11) years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas; OR
- High school diploma plus fifteen (15) years of practical experience in project controls, including both cost and schedule control or related areas.
Required Experience & Skills- Demonstrated ability and knowledge in developing cost and schedule baselines, milestone schedules, work breakdown structures, and spend-out plans that establish optimum conditions and effective utilization of resources and facilities, including equipment, manpower, and funding.
- Strong knowledge of DOE 413 and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software and cost processing software (Cobra preferred).
- Ability to use advanced functions and features of the Microsoft Office software suite.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to walk down and interface with personnel and systems in the field, as required.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Acumen Fuse, PeopleSoft, and Oracle's OBIEE.
