Position SummarySummit Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support NGB Executive Secretariat staff action and workflow management. The Senior Project Analyst will provide senior-level tasker control, suspense discipline, coordination support, meeting management, and executive staff action oversight.
Responsibilities - Lead tasker intake, triage, routing, prioritization, tracking, and closeout.
- Determine appropriate Offices of Primary Responsibility and coordination requirements.
- Establish internal suspense dates and protect Government deadlines.
- Support high-visibility, short-suspense, classified, and senior-leader taskers.
- Monitor tasker aging and escalate late or high-risk actions.
- Review task products for completeness, quality, coordination, and responsiveness.
- Interface with senior military and civilian officials with professionalism and discretion.
- Support governance meeting calendars, attendee accountability, and read-ahead tracking.
- Provide guidance to Project Analysts, Action Officers, and Workflow Managers.
- Support SOP updates, training materials, workflow improvements, and continuity documentation.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Eight to ten years of relevant experience in project analysis, staff action support, military staff operations, executive support, or workflow management.
- Experience analyzing complex issues and presenting them clearly and concisely.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience briefing senior leadership.
- Knowledge of National Guard missions, functions, and DoD relationships.
- Experience with ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, TMT, or similar systems.
- Prior NGB, Joint Staff, Army, Air Force, or OSD experience.
