Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for executing carrier migration activities while also helping lead and support the broader team of Project Administrators (Carrier Migration Specialists).

This position operates as a senior member of the team. Working alongside peers on migration work while serving as a key support to leadership. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, experienced in managing complex work, and capable of guiding others, reinforcing team standards, and stepping into a greater leadership role over time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end carrier migration efforts, maintaining full ownership from planning through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for purchased locations, providing clear communication, guidance, and hands-on support
  • Partner with Carrier Operations, Carrier Contracts, and Treasury to complete migrations and resolve issues
  • Support and guide Project Administrators, assisting with complex or escalated work and reinforcing team expectations and quality standards
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure priorities are clear and team efforts are aligned and progressing
  • Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures


Qualifications
  • Prior experience in carrier migration, operations, or a related field is required, with experience working directly with insurance carriers considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong ownership of responsibilities and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to support or guide team members through informal leadership, mentoring, or subject matter expertise
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate across teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools used for tracking, reporting, and communication, including Excel, ticketing systems, and other internal platforms


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with purchased locations or supporting onboarding of new entities
  • Experience partnering with contractual or financial stakeholders to support operational alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and consistency
