Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in application support
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Technical knowledge of software components like Microservices, APIs, and both On-Prem and Cloud solutions
• Strong skills in project scope definition, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Demonstrated leadership and team relationship building capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology oversight for Citi's Fraud projects
