Job PurposeWorking within the New England Electric Engineering & Network Strategyorganization, the Senior Program Manager, Electric Regulatory Delivery supports the delivery of the Company's Electric Sector Modernization Plan (ESMP) and related regulatory obligations. The position also supports the development of additional regulatory frameworks that support electrification and the integration of distributed energy resources.
Key Accountabilities- Support the development, compilation and editing of regulatory filings required to support ongoing regulatory processes including initial filings, discovery, testimony, and annual / semi-annual reports.
- Develop expert understanding of the Company's ESMP and related regulatory filings.
- Execute project controls and comprehensive portfolio reporting for ESMP projects, including performance against schedule, scope, and budget, with timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Provide direction and assist with development of regulatory deliverables to support grid planning for electrification and DER integrations such as EVICC and the LTSPP.
- Engage with stakeholders across Electric, IT, Customer, Legal, and Regulatory teams on portfolio delivery and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications- 3+ years of utility regulation, program management, or related field required.
- Bachelor or Master's degree from an accredited institution: business, management, communications, STEM, or related field of study required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leaders at all levels.
- Proven excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and statistics to produce complex reports and make recommendations based on independent analysis on assignments of significant scope.
- Demonstrated excellent time management, organizational skills, and prioritization across large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence others and build trust, cooperation, and support.

$105,000 - $123,000 a year
