This is a high-visibility role with real impact from day one. As AI and other macro themes accelerate the pace of our work, you will help define what's next for pricing strategy at Whole Foods Market. Mid-morning, you present governance recommendations to Category Pricing and Merchandising leaders. After lunch, you coach an analyst on framing a pricing opportunity analysis for leadership. Later, you connect with a Product partner on tool enhancements and draft a section of your quarterly pricing strategy outlook. You close by fielding a cross-category pricing question from Business Strategy - the kind of cross-business thinking that makes this role distinctive.
