Senior Program Manager

North Hospitality - Remote

The Senior Program Manager connects high-level executive vision with day-to-day execution to optimize operational performance across the entire organization. Serving as a key cross-functional team member, this role designs scalable workflows, drives program execution, and fosters accountability across multiple business units.

The position proactively identifies operational friction, streamlines processes, and tracks enterprise metrics to ensure strategic initiatives achieve their intended outcomes. By sitting at the right intersection of strategy and execution, this individual contributor role enables the organization to maintain agility, manage risk, and support sustained business growth.

What you'll do:
  • Leads complex, high-priority strategic programs and business initiatives from initial concept through execution and post-deployment evaluation
  • Establishes team-wide operational frameworks, standard operating procedures, and execution workflows to align departmental priorities
  • Identifies operational bottlenecks, evaluates workflow friction points, and implements scalable process improvements to increase organizational velocity
  • Tracks and analyzes metrics to provide actionable operational insights performance updates to key stakeholders
  • Facilitates alignment and structured feedback loops between customer-facing operations and technical teams to drive root-cause issue resolution
  • Assesses operational risks across ongoing initiatives and provides actionable mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational performance
  • Centralizes project and operational management processes to create a single source of truth for cross-departmental dependencies and roadmap tracking


What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic planning
  • Strong ability to connect strategy to tactical execution converting unstructured challenges into structured processes
  • Demonstrated capacity to build alignment across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform key stakeholders
  • Expertise in guiding teams and organizations through operational changes, process updates, and structural growth
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of facilitating effective collaboration
  • Deep understanding of modern project and program management methodologies and workflow design
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising sound business judgment, and managing multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines

Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000
