We are seeking an Industrial Systems Optimization Program (ISOP) Senior Program Manager in California who is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activity and planning for the ISOP, a PG&E energy efficiency program, with the primary goal of hitting Total System Benefit (TSB) targets for electric and gas customers. ISOP delivers comprehensive energy efficiency services to the industrial sector within PG&E's service territory, tailored to customer business type, size, and financial needs.

ISOP serves a broad range of eligible industrial customer types including manufacturing, food processing, oil and gas, mining, chemical, water and wastewater, industrial laundry, and grocery stores. The program delivers high-quality engineering support, attractive incentives, zero-interest on-bill financing for electric and gas saving projects, and innovative pathways to cost-effective energy savings for both large customers and small-to-medium businesses.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead overall program management by overseeing contract requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and performance outcomes.
  • Manage program operations and reporting through project tracking, M&V planning, baseline analysis, and regular status updates to leadership.
  • Direct and develop the program team to ensure strong communication, continuous improvement, professional growth, and high-quality on-time deliverables.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships by serving as a liaison with utilities, vendors, and end users to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support program growth and external engagement through marketing, customer outreach, business development, RFP contributions, cross-team coordination, and industry representation.

This is a full-time, exempt position located in any of the following areas: San Francisco Bay, Fresno, or Sacramento, CA. Travel is anticipated to be approximately 20% of the time given the geographic size of the service territory.
