Job Description

HII- Mission Technologies Corp. is looking for a Senior Program Manager Execution Support located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, to support a full range of acquisition program management tasks in support of AFLCMC/WB procurement, financial management and planning, systems engineering, test, production, security, contracting, and logistics for existing and future programs across the weapon system lifecycle. This individual will have a strong grasp of core cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), as well as experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of all manner of program documentation
  • Support the review of proposals
  • Support a non-voting advisory role for program source selections
  • Support coordination of documentation between functional organizations inside and outside AFLCMC/WB.
  • Support program milestone planning and preparation
  • Support risk management and process improvement
  • Support meetings internal and external to AFLCMC/WB
  • Support evaluation and communication of program progress in writing, in briefings, and in discussions with AFLCMC/WB Program Office and higher management
  • Develop and coordinate responses to taskers in response to internal and external program inquiries.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
  • Senior labor category must have four (4) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
  • Ten (10) years of relevant DoD acquisition experience
  • Experience managing the procurement and installation of high speed networks and associated infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing software development pipelines and modern DevOps practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing and coordinating DoD 5000.02 acquisition milestone plans and associated reporting documentation for one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs
  • Experience preparing documentation, presentation materials, and staff packages to support acquisition milestone coordination and decisions.
  • Experience staffing acquisition planning documentation and reports at the HQ-AF and DoD levels
  • Experience developing and supporting executive-level (O-7 and SES) briefings as well as scheduling and coordinating acquisition documents, reports, and briefings with senior Air Force and government stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Earned Value Management System on one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition program
  • Five (5) of these years must have been in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I or ACAT II DoD acquisition program as either Program/Project Manager (PM), deputy PM, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead and must have occurred within two (2) years of selection for employment under this contract.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
