Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Channel Strategy Sales Enablement and Proposals to support our growing new business development efforts for brand, specialty, and cell & gene therapy products. This is a highly collaborative role focused on managing and executing the RFP/RFI response process, while also contributing to broader sales enablement activities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and brings a strong execution mindset with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping shape high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposal responses that support customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the RFP/RFI process from intake through final submission • Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and integrate proposal content • Draft, edit, and refine proposal responses to ensure clear, compelling, and accurate messaging • Maintain workplans, timelines, review cycles, and submission readiness across multiple opportunities • Partner with internal stakeholders to align proposal content with solution positioning, financial considerations, and approval requirements • Ensure proposals meet compliance standards, client requirements, and brand/format expectations • Create and maintain sales content and tools used in customer engagement and selling activity • Support continuous improvement of proposal, sourcing, and new business development processes • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment Skills and Experience • Experience managing or responding to RFPs/RFIs • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Familiarity with new product launches, brand and specialty pharma, and distribution/customer support models • Execution-focused, with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail • Comfort learning quickly, asking questions, and navigating complex processes What Cencora offers We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
