Senior Program Manager
The Associate Experience Collaboration Integration Team is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Management who is passionate about solving challenging and novel business problems, masterfully managing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring well-managed delivery. What You’ll Do:
Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to teams, peers, and direct reports
Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
Leverage strong customer-back problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure project execution not only aligns with business intent, but also delivers a great customer experience
Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project customers and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery
Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company
Develop scalable frameworks for managing work that can be replicated for future integrations

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
9+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr Manager, Project ManagementRichmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr Manager, Project Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
