Salary range: $106,000 - $141,000

**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Description: ACT1 is currently seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst that will play a key role in program planning, documentation, acquisition support and operational analysis ensuring compliance with Department of the Navy (DoN) standards and processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide programmatic and documentation support throughout the life cycle, including development and maintenance of program plans, POAs, schedules, action reports, tracking systems, and deliverables databases to ensure progress, compliance, and auditability.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data to support program reviews, configuration audits, management meetings, and design/status reviews; develop charts, staffing plans, financial documentation, and quality assurance plans to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Provide acquisition and logistics support by assisting with purchase lists, conducting market research, preparing acquisition documentation (ITPRs, SSJs, BNMs), and managing cradle-to-grave accountability for software, hardware, services, and materials.
  • Ensure complete documentation and compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle, from requisition and funding through delivery, disposition, and audit reporting.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in program management, operations analysis, or acquisition support within the DoD/Navy environment is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule risk analysis, cost estimating principles, or integration of program execution metrics into acquisition decision support environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Microsoft Project Server, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar program management and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Active SECRET clearance required; active TOP SECRET clearance or eligibility for SCI access is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting rapid capability delivery, operational modernization initiatives, or integration of emerging technologies into fielded or developmental combat systems environments is highly desirable.
