Overview

Nakupuna Companies seeks a Senior Program Coordinator. The Senior Program Coordinator supports the Special Envoy for Best Future Generations (BFG) by managing complex, high-level diplomatic initiatives at the intersection of advanced technology and international policy. This role serves as the central coordination point for multi-stakeholder partnerships involving U.S. government agencies, foreign governments, and the private sector to drive Presidential priorities regardingArtificial Intelligence (AI), global education, and child online safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-level coordination across U.S. government agencies (including the White House), foreign governments, and international organizations to execute global convenings
  • Facilitate and manage public-private partnerships with technology companies to drive international adoption of educational innovation and child protection frameworks
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for senior-level diplomatic events and international summits (e.g., G7, G20, UNGA, and bilateral summits)
  • Develop andmaintainrigorous tracking systems for coalition member commitments, technology partnerships, and implementation milestones across multiple geographic regions
  • Support travel and event execution for senior officials,maintainingcomprehensive records of coordination activities and partnership agreements
  • Monitor implementation of technology deployments toidentifycoordination bottlenecks and propose solutions to ensure seamless execution

Deliverables:

  • Coordination plans and stakeholder engagement matrices for bilateral and multi-stakeholder moments
  • Comprehensive bi-weekly reports and tracking systems for international commitments and technology partnership milestones
  • Agendas, participant lists,logisticsplans, and after-action reports for major global convenings
  • Meeting summaries, action item trackers (within 48 hours), decision memos, and coordination papers as requested
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor27s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field isrequired
  • Master27s degreestronglypreferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or policy implementation within a federal agency or large organization
  • At least 5 years coordinating senior-level initiatives involving private sector leaders and foreign officials. State Department or foreign affairs experience is strongly preferred

Work Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Requires flexibility for early morning and evening engagements and potential international travel.Consistent onsite presence isrequired to support high-level convenings and diplomatic meetings. Telework, hybrid, and remote work may be authorized, based on office needs and at the discretion of the Special Envoy.

Clearance Requirements:Mustpossessa Secret-level security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements:The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the jobwith or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual27s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,000 to $165,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees.
