Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in national security, international relations, policy studies, or strategic studies with over 10 years of experience.
• 10+ years in national security strategy, joint planning, and assessment within Defense or Federal Government sectors.
• 5 years of program or project management experience in federal or national security settings.
• Experience in facilitating stakeholder engagement across diverse partners.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, with ability to secure Top-Secret clearance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to produce polished documentation and briefings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise DNWS leadership on department strategy and operations, facilitating stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise 8 direct reports and manage a $1.5 Million A&AS portfolio.
• Translate client requirements into operational objectives for A&AS team and track execution with clients.
• Produce briefings, analyses, and communications to support client needs at Higher Headquarters.
• Promote interdepartmental communication through calls, meetings, and working groups.
