Description

SAIC is looking for an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership for our NIWC PAC customer. The individual will work closely with the customer Branch Head and IPT Lead on day-to-day operations and must be able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines with little oversight, display strong communication (both verbal and written), and be skilled in MS office. This is a HYBRID/REMOTE position in SAN DIEGO, CA and will require work at the NAVWAR Old Town Campus as required.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide programmatic support for ongoing In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) efforts, coordinate programmatic and technical information inputs, projects and status across functional areas working group meetings, external IPT sessions, in-process reviews, and other program related meetings.
  • Coordinate and attend IPT meetings, in-process reviews, and other program related meetings. Provide meeting minutes, prepare and run meeting slides/presentations, capture meeting action items, analyze the information from these meetings and provide programmatic impacts.
  • Assign, track and close program action items. Provide tracking task status and documents, and work schedules. Develop input for weekly deliverables.
  • Provide program management, schedule management and cost management recommendations. Identify problem areas and make recommendations to prevent and correct program documentation errors.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and briefs as required.
  • Deliver, track, and compile program management documentation as required and submit to the Government customer for validation and approval.
  • Coordinate and assist in responding to program data calls.
  • Coordinate and prepare the development of briefs to be presented, input to white papers and responses to requests for information from multiple sources.
  • Participate in and coordinate special events, meetings, conferences, IPT sessions, working groups, and other meetings.
  • May lead and run small projects or assignments as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree and six (6) years or more of related experience. Years of experience in lieu of degree to be taken into consideration.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.
  • Understanding of PEO Digital / NAVWAR organization structure, programs of records and mission focus.
  • Experience supporting NAVWAR, and NIWC Pacific engineering programs or US Navy IT networks.
  • Advanced use of MS Office Suite to include PowerPoints and Word.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
