Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance mandated to start.
• Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred.
• Security+ certification valued.
• Familiarity with U.S. Navy shipboard operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tactical Networks Modernization Support Service Area.
• Provide direct project management assistance to the Senior Project Manager.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to generate and distribute programmatic documents.
• Interact with both internal and external teams for artifact management.
• Conduct routine tasks and assist with special projects as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, research information, and compile deliverables.
• Engage with Navy personnel in various capacities.
• Contribute to process improvement and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze data on system deficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Update engineering documentation as part of a formal configuration management process.
• Attend and report on technical meetings, providing updates and presentations.
• Participate in project and technical working groups, as well as design reviews.
