Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazing Senior Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to Support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Architecture Validation team as a Senior Program Analyst.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assess MD threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs and opportunities, and develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level
Support modeling & simulation efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High Performance Computing (HPC)
Develop analysis plans, run M&S to execute the analysis plan, perform analysis on the results, prepare analysis reports, and mentor younger analysts
Review and provide quality assurance of Team analysis products prior to delivery
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Master's degree and 12+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 20+ years experience in lieu of a Masters
Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Extensive knowledge of the current MDS architecture
Experience with MATLAB
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with application of modeling & simulation to defense architectures and HPC experience
Experience with Benchmark
MATLAB coding
TS/SCI clearance
Experience working in the Missile Defense Agency
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
