Full Job Description
SA is seeking an experienced individual to assist withstanding up a Program Management Office (PMO). This individual will manage and oversee a collection of related projects to achieve strategic goals. They will focus on program-level planning, execution, and control, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective resource allocation across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing project planning, developing project plans, and ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes and project management methodologies.
• Managing PMO standards, documentation, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Creating reports for senior managers and stakeholders and communicating project status.
• Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Provide support for other mission-related tasks, including advising leadership, developing and presenting briefing material, and other relevant work.
• Provide administrative, calendar and travel management support as needed.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience planning and advising office leadership on administrative and programmatic functions.
• Proven experience establishing office processes and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree; relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively with office leadership, military officers and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Occasional travel to enable mission and process improvements

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and management.
