Job ID: 114791 Job SummaryJob Responsibilities- Provide support to program managers in the areas of program planning, tracking, and project closeout
- Update program schedule status and overall program plan
- Overall responsibility for monitoring budgets, schedules, expenditures and time charges on programs
- Gather and analyze data for program reviews, QBRs and other meetings
- Responsible for earned value management
- Monitor and report program performance against plan for all programs
- Ensure adherence to company policies/requirements and advises management on needed action
- Maintain records; prepare charts, graphs, tables, reports and other analyses as required
- Participate as a team member on bid and proposal activity
- Inform program management of customer problems, and may provide potential solutions
- Coordinate with internal and external customers, under the direction of the program manager
- Prepare customer communication as requested
- Provide work leadership for lower-level employees
- May lead lower-level employees
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Job Responsibilities Part IIQualifications- Associate's degree in business discipline
- Knowledge of program management
- Knowledge of earned value, cost accounting and reporting
- Must possess analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer interface skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project
