Full Job Description
We are currently searching for a Senior Product Specialist that will work in tandem with the Direct Sales team, Product Development, and Professional Services. You will provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead prospect specific inquiries around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences
  • Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations
  • Lead both remote and in person demo conversations with poise and authority
  • Responsible to give and receive positive and constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement of demo scenarios
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments, and current economic trends
  • Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality
  • Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment
  • Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on
  • demonstrations and conversations
  • Provide feedback on the demo environment to match industry expectations
  • Serve as the driving force behind AI adoption within the nCino platform and across pre-sales processes, championing Intelligence Everywhere capabilities in prospect demonstrations and embedding AI-driven efficiency into the team's demo, discovery, and enablement workflows

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a comparable field
  • 4+ years' experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance
  • Proven ability to build rapport with multiple teams, especially in a Sales environment
  • Ability to be flexible with new challenges and constant change in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly describe, educate, and persuade
  • Proven knowledge and experience in banking and financial services
  • Highly professional demeanor with the ability to present in front of large groups
  • Ability to react quickly to complex scenarios

$93,900.00 - $159,600.00
