Job Description
Track and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and communication Support ongoing enhancements, production fixes, and potential RM-driven initiatives with structured analysis and documentation Monitor delivery progress, ensure alignment with timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, including maintaining backlog hygiene, traceability, and documentation standards
Your Skills and Experience
Own end-to-end backlog health for Artemis, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and stakeholder expectations (currently spanning multiple applications) Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements Convert high-level requirements into well-defined, refinement-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria Lead and facilitate backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions, ensuring readiness for development cycles Drive sprint planning inputs and support release planning activities in coordination with Scrum teams.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082- $193,440.
