We are seeking an experienced and highly driven
Senior Product Owner to lead backlog management and drive delivery excellence for the client platform, which spans multiple applications. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Your Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end product backlog for client, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Translate high-level business requirements into well-defined, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead and facilitate backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions to ensure readiness for development cycles.
- Provide inputs for sprint planning and support release planning in coordination with Scrum teams.
- Identify, track, and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Support enhancements, production fixes, and RM-driven initiatives through structured analysis and documentation.
- Monitor progress against delivery timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, including backlog hygiene, traceability, and documentation standards.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Strong expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, grooming).
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple applications or complex product ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
- On-site presence required 4 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Exposure to release management (RM) initiatives.
- Certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent is a plus.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
