Job Description

  • Executes global Product Marketing strategy, communicating campaign plans to stakeholders, and managing projects in Workfront (tool) for timely deliverables.
  • Assist in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content marketing, events, webinars, SEO, and ABM.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, engagement, and pipeline metrics marketing based on investments.
  • Help maintain marketing automation, CRM, and reporting workflows to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
  • Understand competitive landscape and drive demand.
  • Executes client acquisition and cross-selling strategies to grow pipeline and sales.
  • Supports market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure product messaging is properly targeted.
  • Gathers insights from PowerBI and other sources to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.
  • Collaborates with product management, business, and sales teams to craft compelling content for the website and across the marketing funnel to drive product awareness and purchase, while ensuring that sales has the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings.
  • Partners with sales and business managers to foster a continuous feedback loop.
  • Communicates regularly with stakeholders on marketing campaign performance.
  • Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.
  • Uses UL-approved AI tools to perform marketing tasks efficiently.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Qualifications

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
