About the Role:

Glean is searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager, Solutions with a product marketing background. This person is responsible for developing Glean's marketing approach for specific departmental use cases and persona (think sales, support, or engineering), as well as the development of ROI tools and methodologies for communicating business value for these solution areas.

You will:

  • Research and understand our customers in target departments. Learn their use cases, their KPIs, and their approach to AI-powered productivity. Create personal materials for sales enablement.
  • For each targeted department, develop a comprehensive plan to address buyer personas, solution-specific messaging, outbound lead generation strategy, and partnership strategy.
  • Build-out a complete set of assets for the target audience(s), including sales enablement tools, website copy, whitepapers, demos, demand generation assets, etc.
  • Deliver sales enablement and support digital and event marketing and key sales opportunities.


About you:

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS solution product marketing. Department-level product marketing experience strongly preferred
  • BA/BS in engineering, business, or a related degree, and/or MBA
  • Experience in ROI-based selling and the creation of ROI-focused marketing materials
  • Working knowledge of key applications and systems used in one or more target departments
  • Stellar written and verbal communication, with experience simplifying concepts and influencing stakeholders, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Passionate about working with customers and experts to develop case studies, targeted messages, and assets


Location:

  • This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View or San Francisco office)
  • Quarterly travel required for the role


Compensation & Benefits:

The standard base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
