POS-15797As a Senior Product Marketer, you'll be responsible for driving product marketing for our Marketing Hub product, including leading launches, amplifying usage for existing capabilities, and developing GTM strategies and product positioning for capabilities that haven't launched yet. This includes naming, competitive analysis, customer feedback, feature prioritization, go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution; you help represent the product, showcase its value and help it grow a strong user base. You'll work with a cross-functional team across product, sales, marketing, brand, communications, legal, web strategy, creative, customer success, and more to pull off remarkable launches and drive sales and adoption.
We're looking for an experienced product marketer, A driver; with a strong owner's mindset and demonstrated ability in driving product launches, go-to-market strategies, sales-enablement and product growth via direct and partnership channels. A storyteller who can tell authentic and relatable stories and An Operator who is adept at building and maintaining lasting relationships & working cross-functionally across product, sales, partnership, marketing, and other support teams to drive meaningful growth for their portfolio.
In this role you will:- Work closely with Product to define the positioning and value proposition for HubSpot's Marketing Hub features, educating the company, our prospects, and customers on the jobs it solves for, use cases it helps with, how it is differentiated, and more.
- Own the value proposition, positioning, messaging, customer persona, and use cases.
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for Marketing Hub product launches and refreshes, driving all parts of launch planning including product naming, positioning, messaging, launch strategy, sales and customer service enablement, use case development and customer communications.
- Identify, develop, and manage the creation of a variety of content types (written, videos, presentations, etc.) as needed to fuel sales and marketing success.
- Own the positioning on product pages, sales enablement materials, and product-related content.
- Be the product expert, evangelist, and advocate of our Marketing Hub product across internal and external audiences. Present at key events and conferences.
- Produce inspiring showcase assets that excite customers, drive awareness of our Marketing Hub innovations, and communicate our unique capabilities. Content can include case studies, sales readiness kits, playbooks, pitch decks, feature decks, product videos, web copy, white papers, demos, and more.
You likely have:- Roughly 5+ years of product marketing experience, with demonstrated experience running positioning and launch strategy for a SaaS or Product-Led Growth technology company.
- A history and track record of not just working cross-functionally but organizing and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver impactful go-to-market launches.
- Are a skilled storyteller and customer-centric in your approach to marketing
- A point of view on product positioning and product launches done well and what great looks like.
- Great project management skills, including strong communication around project timelines, responsible individuals, and status
- Are a compelling communicator, comfortable presenting to executives and internal and external audiences with excellent writing skills
- An owner's mindset; with high personal accountability - able to work independently to drive projects and initiatives and understand and anticipate the needs of your portfolio.
- HubSpot product knowledge is a strong advantage in this role
Pay & BenefitsThe cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$107,700-$161,600 USD
