Position Summary...What you'll do...As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of Walmart+ benefits and partner experiences across both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) offerings. You will be responsible for creating exceptional member experiences, launching and scaling new capabilities, and working closely with internal and external partners to ensure members can easily discover, activate, and derive value from the benefits you own. Your work will directly influence how millions of members experience the value of Walmart+.
What you'll do:- Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and domain expertise.
- Build scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences and product usage data to identify and prioritize key problems.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, rollout planning, and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional teams through influence, and align stakeholders to business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and AI capabilities to evaluate product outcomes and adjust priorities.
- Promote experimentation through A/B testing and rapid prototyping to validate assumptions and reduce risks.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in project management with the ability to lead complex product initiatives independently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and align product vision with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy and managing product roadmaps for complex product families.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to optimize product outcomes.
- Deep understanding of technology architecture and emerging technologies to guide product innovation and technical feasibility.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
