About the Role

This Senior Product Manager role sits at the center of a small-business fintech platform, owning a broad and high-impact portfolio that spans onboarding and activation, workflow tooling, partner integrations, and customer-facing AI experiences. It is a great fit for a product leader who wants to go deep on applied AI while driving measurable business outcomes for independent businesses.
What You'll Do
  • Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features, with a focus on making complex financial work easier, faster, and more intuitive for small-business owners.
  • Improve the new-customer experience from signup through activation, helping users reach value quickly and deepen engagement over time.
  • Build and enhance core business tools including invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other day-to-day financial operations.
  • Lead strategy for partner integrations and APIs, connecting accounting, payments, payroll, and business software into useful, end-to-end workflows.
  • Identify and apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to real customer problems, balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk.
  • Run experiments across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention; define success metrics and turn winning tests into scalable improvements.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market.
What We're Looking For
  • 5 to 15 years of product management experience, operating comfortably at the Senior PM level.
  • Hands-on experience shipping customer-facing AI, LLM, agentic workflow, or automation products.
  • Product background directly relevant to integration or platform products.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
