About the RoleSERHANT. is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the evolution of internal and agent-facing technology platforms that power operational efficiency, advisor workflows, onboarding, automation, and service delivery across the organization.
Reporting directly to the Director of S.MPLE, this role will own product strategy from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and brokerage stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition, technical fluency, operational thinking, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex business challenges into simple, effective user experiences. This individual should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term product vision with day-to-day execution, and making informed prioritization decisions across competing initiatives.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can independently drive products from concept to adoption.
Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Ownership:
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, operational goals, and user needs
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, adoption, and user experience across internal platforms
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and optimization
- Balance short-term execution needs with long-term product strategy and platform scalability
- Establish and monitor product success metrics tied to adoption, operational impact, and workflow efficiency
- Product Discovery and Prioritization:
- Conduct user interviews, workflow analysis, and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify pain points and product opportunities
- Translate operational challenges and business objectives into clear product
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and organizational goals
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams
- Validate product ideas through testing, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback before broader implementation
- Cross-functional Leadership and Execution:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, automation teams, and design partners
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination in partnership with engineering leadership
- Remove blockers, facilitate decision-making, and ensure teams remain focused on high-impact deliverables
- Communicate product priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- User Experience and Operational Optimization:
- Champion intuitive, user-centered product experiences that simplify workflows and improve advisor productivity
- Identify inefficiencies within operational processes and collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions
- Monitor feature adoption, user behavior, and workflow performance to inform future product improvements
- AI and Emerging Technology Integration:
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate, test, and implement AI-driven product features and workflows
- Assess emerging technologies and tools for their practical business applications and long-term scalability
- Support experimentation initiatives focused on improving productivity, service delivery, and user experience
- Data and Product Analytics:
- Use product analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform prioritization and product decisions
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure feature effectiveness, adoption, and operational impact
- Partner with technical teams to ensure proper event tracking, analytics instrumentation, and reporting visibility
- Conduct analysis on user behavior, workflow trends, and feature performance to guide ongoing product strategy

Qualifications- 5-8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, operational platforms, or workflow-driven environments
- Proven experience owning products from concept through launch and iteration
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional delivery processes
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical product implementation
- Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar platforms
- Ability to synthesize business needs, operational workflows, and user feedback into scalable product solutions
- Strong prioritization and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business priorities
- Understanding of AI technologies, automation workflows, and modern software systems preferred
- Experience in real estate, marketplace businesses, operational tooling, or service-based platforms is a plus

CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $170,000.00 USD.
Your LocationThis position is remote eligible. The role may include occasional work at a SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is remote eligible, you must live within the United States.
