Full Job Description
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager with deep experience in Salesforce and the staffing industry to help guide the development and optimization of critical parts of our talent management and CRM platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly visible, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for parts of our Salesforce-based solutions tailored to staffing workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, integrations, sales, and operations) to deliver scalable, high-impact features.
Translate staffing business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce-based product implementation.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Background in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows or ATS systems.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Certs (Admin, Product Owner, etc.)
• Implemented a large-scale CRM or ATS.
• MST time zone.
