You will translate regulatory developments into scalable system capabilities while partnering closely with engineering, delivery, and sales to ensure sustained market relevance, client value, and revenue growth.

This position is based within the United States and offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:
Deep expertise in hazard communication and global chemical regulatory frameworks.

Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise software capabilities.

Strong executive presence and the ability to engage clients, regulators, and industry bodies.

Demonstrated success in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership.

Experience representing organizations in industry forums, advisory panels, or regulatory discussions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Market Leadership

Regulatory Authority: Serve as CGI's product and regulatory authority for ProSteward360™, acting as the voice of the customer and interpreter of the evolving global compliance landscape.

Strategic Roadmapping: Monitor, interpret, and translate global chemical regulatory developments (e.g., OSHA HazCom, GHS, REACH, TSCA) into actionable product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Market Intelligence: Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer feedback, regulatory trends, and competitive insights to guide product strategy.

Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

Prioritization: Lead data-driven prioritization decisions balancing customer value, regulatory urgency, technical feasibility, compliance risk, and commercial impact.

Thought Leadership: Represent CGI in industry forums, client advisory engagements, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market credibility and regulatory alignment.

Roadmap & Delivery

Communication: Build, maintain, and clearly communicate a compelling product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX, data, and quality teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Agile Practices: Champion agile product practices and ensure rapid, iterative delivery of features that solve real customer problems.

Client & Go-to-Market Enablement

Client Leadership: Act as a client-facing product leader, engaging directly with customers to understand workflows, compliance pain points, and success criteria.

Sales Support: Support sales, account management, and customer success teams by clearly articulating product value, use cases, and differentiation.

Messaging: Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop product messaging, demos, training materials, and external collateral.

Expert Presence: Participate in client meetings, advisory boards, and industry forums as a trusted product expert.

Hazard Communications & Regulatory Alignment

Compliance Support: Ensure ProSteward360™ supports global hazard communication and chemical compliance requirements (e.g., GHS, OSHA HazCom, REACH, CLP).

Digital Capabilities: Translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, customer-centric digital capabilities.

Industry Standards: Stay current on evolving regulations, industry standards, and best practices impacting hazard communication and product stewardship.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong Communicator: Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Proven Leadership: Product leadership with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.

Soft Skills: Empathy for users, intellectual curiosity, humility, and strong business acumen.

Experience: 5+ years of product management or related experience, covering the full product lifecycle and agile SDLC.

Teamwork: Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into decisions.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Experience
