The RoleOwn the Next.js Platform at the intersection of developer experience, enterprise operations, and platform intelligence. Define success, set strategy, and co-author our roadmap. You'll serve two buyers: the enterprise portfolio manager who signs and the developers who build-and make both thrive.
What You Need to Succeed- Define strategy and identify high-leverage opportunities for a complex product area.
- Synthesize user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to drive product decisions.
- Navigate dual-buyer dynamics: portfolio managers and developers with equal fluency.
- Define success metrics that connect platform performance to business outcomes.
- Drive a step change in product performance and team effectiveness.
- Communicate strategy and progress with clarity to all stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table- 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in product management.
- Track record taking products through full lifecycle from strategy to launch and iteration.
- Deep Next.js fluency: App Router, React Server Components, ISR, edge middleware, deployment models.
- Experience with developer-facing platform products: hosting, infrastructure tooling, or developer cloud services.
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise buying dynamics and influence cross-functional strategy.
- Strong data analysis skills; translate complex signals into product decisions at scale.
- Preferred: Experience at Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, or similar platforms; familiarity with AI tools and autonomous systems.

The US base salary range for this position in the United States is $135,200-$185,000 USD per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. At Pantheon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
