Responsibilities
Responsibilities Drive the international E-Commerce fulfillment experience, working with operations to identify fulfillment experience issues. Deliver comprehensive product development roadmaps, ensuring all aspects of the product development cycle are completed according to the development schedule. Lead stakeholder discussions to define project scope, collect technical and functional business requirements, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions. Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization. Establish key performance indicators, measures and metrics, applying them to seller market penetration measures and metrics. Oversee in-depth research and competitive analysis of E-Commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries, and develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support U.S. E-Commerce business. Drive system and fulfillment tool upgrades while optimizing the performance of the E-Commerce fulfillment products and tools. Align cross-functional teams consisting of developers, designers, researchers, marketers, data scientist, and operations to deliver a shared goal and set of metrics. Mentor Product Managers.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Providing end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed business and technical teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, RoI estimate, and revenue generation; Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results); Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys to validate and analyze customers' needs and transforming them into product requirements; Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product; and Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $273229 - $355300 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
