Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development and continuous optimization of ads campaign creation experience on eCommerce platforms. Design and implement user-centric UI/UX solutions that enable advertisers to effectively create, manage, and analyze ads campaigns. Define the strategic roadmap for campaign creation and management features, and translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, sales, and marketing teams to align on product goals, resolve challenges, and drive execution. Utilize user research, advertiser feedback, and product analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform data-driven product decisions. Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics to guide iterative improvements and enhance the advertiser experience on the platform. Mentor junior level team members.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Psychology or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Psychology or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys, to validate and analyze customers' and users' needs; Designing A/B tests to run experiments and designing business value metrics to track feature performance; Product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI estimate, and revenue generation; Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
