Full Job Description
About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how merchants get onboarded, configured, and live on Tabs - and the internal tools that make it happen.

Every merchant's path to value runs through this domain. You'll own the products that take a company from signed deal to fully operational: onboarding workflows, platform configuration, and migrations off legacy billing systems. You'll also own the internal tooling that powers our Solutions, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams - the people working alongside merchants every day.

Today, getting a merchant live on Tabs involves real expertise and hands-on work from our internal teams. Your job is to turn that expertise into product: making workflows more self-serviceable, automating the repetitive, and building tools that let a growing customer base onboard without a linearly growing ops team. The companies that win in this space are the ones whose time-to-value keeps shrinking as they scale - that's the product you'll own.
How We Work
  • We work hard. Short sprints, weekly ship goals, and rapid feedback cycles. Built around intra-month product releases.
  • We work smart. Get in front of the customer, use both data and customer feedback to drive decisions, while keeping the bigger picture in the back of our minds.
  • We work together. In-office culture with people that you want to work with. Lots of whiteboard space. Expense coffee, lunch and dinner when in the office.

What You'll Work On
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for merchant onboarding, configuration, and migration - the full journey from signed deal to live on Tabs
  • Build for internal users as true customers: partner with Solutions, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support to understand their workflows and ship tools that multiply their effectiveness
  • Drive the shift from hands-on to self-serve: identify which workflows can move from internal teams to merchants themselves, and build the configuration surfaces to make that safe and intuitive
  • Own migrations from legacy billing systems - design repeatable, scalable paths for merchants moving onto Tabs with years of historical data
  • Shape the internal tooling layer as Tabs scales: bulk operations, environment management, and the leverage points that keep operational effort flat while merchant count grows
  • Define success metrics around time-to-value, onboarding effort, and self-service adoption, and iterate based on outcomes and feedback from internal teams and merchants
  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, operationally complex problem spaces

About You
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform/internal tools roles
  • Experience owning onboarding, activation, configuration, or internal tooling - products measured by time-to-value and operational leverage
  • You treat internal teams as first-class users: you've built for ops, support, or implementation teams before, or have strong instincts for it
  • Comfortable in the messy middle of operations and product - you can sit with an implementation team for a day, find the bottleneck, and turn it into a roadmap
  • Exceptional cross-functional operator - you can align and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across a product with deep upstream and downstream dependencies
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)
  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later in office days.
  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks
  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits
  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)
  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)
  • Free One Medical Membership
  • 401k
