ImpactShipt is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our marketing and merchandising tools. Positioned at the strategic intersection of technology, analytics, and Shipt Media, you will own the core systems that power content and promotions across our entire platform.
As a customer-focused, data-driven and empathetic product leader, you’ll partner closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and operations to build scalable, future-forward internal tooling. Your work will directly empower our internal teams, elevate the user experience, and play a critical role in building and maintaining customer trust. If you are passionate about transforming complex internal workflows into seamless, high-impact customer experiences, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Strategic Vision & Roadmapping
Strategic Ownership: A proven track record of taking complex, ambiguous problem spaces and transforming them into a clear, long-term product vision and a highly prioritized, value-driven roadmap.
Impact-Focused Execution: A relentless focus on outcomes over outputs. You prioritize ruthlessly based on business value, efficiency gains, and customer trust, ensuring your team is always working on the highest-leverage opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Management
Masterful Stakeholder Management: The ability to partner with, align, and deeply understand the diverse needs of multiple business, operations, and technical teams (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Media).
Influence Without Authority: Excellent communication and storytelling skills. You can paint a compelling picture of "why" a feature matters, building strong consensus across highly diverse teams to drive forward progress
-Data-Oriented Mindset
Deeply Data-Driven: You don’t rely on intuition alone. You are analytical, leveraging quantitative data alongside qualitative insights to define product metrics, measure success, and defend your roadmap decisions.
- Team Player Mindset
Collaborative Team Player: A strong "team-first" mentality. You believe that great products are built through collective effort, actively lifting up those around you, sharing credit, and partnering closely with engineers, designers, and business peers.
Your Responsibilities
Own the long-term strategy and execution roadmap for Shipt’s marketing, merchandising, and media tooling, translating complex business needs into high-impact software solutions.
Ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog based on data, engineering effort, and business value, balancing immediate operational quick-wins with long-term platform scalability.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, with a couple years ideally in internal tools but not a hard requirement
Serve as the central point of contact and trusted partner for diverse business units (Marketing, Merchandising and Shipt Media) deeply understanding their workflows and pain points.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to translate operational strategies into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, and system requirements.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure system efficiency, tool adoption, and the down-stream business impact on customer trust and engagement.
