Full Job Description
Position Summary...
Sam's Club is seeking a customer-obsessed, strategic Senior Product Manager to lead omni channel membership engagement experiences. This role will improve member engagement through experimentation, personalization, lifecycle optimization, and seamless digital & in-club experiences that strengthen value communication and long-term loyalty.

What you'll do...
  • Own the end-to-end membership engagement and membership management experience across digital and in-club touchpoints, driving adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Design and optimize intuitive, personalized experiences that reduce friction and increase engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale impactful product capabilities.
  • Lead experimentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategies to improve conversion and engagement.
  • You are highly analytical and use data, experimentation, and behavioral insights to shape strategy and prioritization.
  • You have experience leading growth initiatives such as conversion optimization, retention, subscriptions, memberships, or loyalty programs.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and solve complex customer and business problems with scalable product solutions.


What you'll bring...
  • Experience building membership, subscription, loyalty, eCommerce, or retail products, including retention or monetization strategies.
  • Experience in growth product management, lifecycle optimization, or digital growth strategy.
  • Experience leading customer-facing digital products across web or mobile, including roadmap prioritization and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, AI-driven experiences, or experimentation platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or digital experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
