We are seeking a
Senior/Product Manager. The Senior/Product Manager is responsible for leading strategic product marketing initiatives including portfolio development, lifecycle management, global launch planning, and optimization to drive revenue and profitability.
Core Responsibilities- Own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of high-complexity products and/or services, from concept through maturity.
- Manage all commercial elements of the product lifecycle including planning, positioning, product requirements development, product launch, product maintenance and post market surveillance for product portfolio.
- Drive voice-of-customer (VoC) programs and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify market opportunities and influence product development priorities.
- Drive product pipeline growth by identifying and drafting proposals for the Project Review Board for potential new and enhanced products and services.
- Serve as a cross-functional leader that oversees the development and evolution of clinically relevant, high-quality products and clinical services leveraging market research and competitive analysis to define design requirements and feature prioritization.
- Develop sales enablement tools and train key stakeholders on product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from the competition.
- Lead planning and execution of KOL engagement strategies for major conferences and industry events, including speaker selection, scientific messaging alignment, and post-event follow-up.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns that educate target audience on the unique value proposition and advantages of products and services.
- Manage technical documentation and labeling (in various languages).
Core Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or other related discipline with, typically, 5+ years of progressive marketing experience at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company. MBA degree is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies or market segments.
- Prior oncology, MRD, NGS experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience with clinically regulated testing is advantageous.
