Full Job Description
The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for one of Flock's core platform areas, building the integrations and data infrastructure that power investigations and public safety workflows. You'll shape how data flows across the public safety ecosystem, ensuring it is accessible, trustworthy, and actionable for officers, investigators, analysts, and command staff. Working closely with engineering, customer-facing teams, and executive leadership, you'll define the long-term vision for the platform while delivering solutions that help customers move from question to answer to action faster.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, jail records, public records, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, evidence, and other agency and third-party systems, while creating a scalable integration model powered by automation and AI.
  • Define how public safety data is modeled, governed, and trusted, establishing standards for data quality, source attribution, permissions, reliability, auditability, and downstream usability.
  • Accelerate customer workflows by building intuitive search, mapping, and investigative experiences that help agencies make faster, more informed decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, customer-facing teams, executive leadership, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable platform capabilities and shape the future of Flock's integrations platform.
The Skillset
  • 5-8 years of product management experience - with meaningful ownership of technical platform, data, integration, or infrastructure products.
  • Product vision and execution - demonstrated ability to define a product vision, create a roadmap, make hard prioritization decisions, and drive execution through launch and iteration.
  • Strong Technical fluency - strong understanding of APIs, data models, event streams, webhooks, authentication, authorization, data ingestion, data normalization, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
  • Large-scale data experience - experience working with systems where data is ingested from many sources, normalized, searched, monitored, and used across operational workflows.
  • User experience judgment - strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows for officers, analysts, investigators, command staff, and administrators.
  • Data comprehension mindset - understands how source attribution, freshness, confidence, permissions, and context should be presented so users can trust what they are seeing.
  • Sensitive data experience - experience working with sensitive, regulated, high-trust, or mission-critical data where security, privacy, access control, auditability, retention, and data integrity matter.
  • Cross-functional communication - strong communication skills with the ability to translate between engineering, data, agency operations, sales, implementation, privacy, legal, security, and executive audiences.
  • (Bonus) Criminal justice data familiarity - familiarity with CJIS, criminal justice data handling, public-sector security reviews, law enforcement records, evidence workflows, data retention policies, legal hold requirements, or audit requirements.
90 Days at Flock

  • Build relationships with key leaders across product, engineering, design, solutions architecture, implementation, customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, privacy, security, data platform, and executive leadership.
  • Identify the highest-friction points in customer onboarding, data validation, vendor coordination, data governance, and integration support.
The First 60 Days
  • Begin running technical projects within your team and participate actively in sprint planning, prioritization, scoping, and tradeoff discussions
  • Deepen understanding of adjacent business functions, including sales, training, customer success, operations, and compliance, to connect product work to full customer outcomes
  • Build enough technical and organizational context to contribute meaningfully across the core conversations and decisions shaping the roadmap
