Salary range (but not limited to):
118,700 - 145,100

About the role
Our growing team is looking for a senior
Product Manager for the Lab Claims Product!
What you'll do here:
- Work closely with the development team - IT Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers - as the stakeholder representative, and be responsible for delivering product roadmaps by prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.
- Act as the liaison and facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams.
- Maintain open communication with team members to ensure they can meet the deadlines to which we have committed and provide up-to-date progress reports.
- Prioritize the team's work with the support of the Scrum Master.
- Coordinate and communicate with Product Managers from other teams.
- Participate in tribe ceremonies and team ceremonies.
- Define the product vision and roadmaps.
- Create Jira cards.
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Approve completed user stories.
- Assist managers with inter-team dependencies in order to remove impediments.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Experience in mobile product management, including defining features, prioritizing the product backlog, and coordinating development teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Teams, and Confluence.
- Product Manager certification (CSPO) considered an asset.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate workshops.
- Ability to lead a team and facilitate daily stand-ups and prioritization workshops.
- Very good understanding of the technical aspects related to design and development.
- Bilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
