As a Senior Product Manager on CoreUX, you'll help bring our mission to life: reinventing the financial system and helping our community members reach a better financial position. You'll shape the experience every EarnIn member has with the app, from the home screen they open to the design system and platform performance that power it. You'll also help lead CoreUX's evolution from a team that supported other product lines into the team accountable for EarnIn's end-to-end app experience, drawing on your full product toolkit to architect strategy, uncover new insights, and drive execution.
The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $229,000-$280,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, with in-office work required 2 days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own the home screen and core navigation, evolving it from a static, rule-based surface into an ML-orchestrated experience that surfaces the right next step for each member, whether that's a first Cash Out, a product they haven't discovered yet, or a fix for something that broke
- Build tight feedback loops with community members and develop a deep understanding of product issues, and how to resolve them, across every shared surface CoreUX owns
- Tell the story of CoreUX's app experience, design system, and platform work (the vision, the roadmap, and the results) to your product team, stakeholders, and the executive team
- Set OKRs and stretch goals for your product and team that ladder up to company-wide priorities like wage access activation and design system adoption
- Raise the bar on design quality and member experience, partnering closely with Design to uphold and evolve EarnIn's design system across every surface
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts to build and scale the surfaces (home screen, navigation, discovery) that define how members experience EarnIn as a whole
- Define, track, and analyze the metrics that measure progress against product goals: activation, design system adoption, trust rating, and platform performance
- Use user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify and prioritize new opportunities in cross-surface governance and member experience
- Drive CoreUX's shift to AI-native operations, building the tooling and agents that help us design, build, and catch issues faster, and using AI in your own workflow to move from insight to spec to shipped experiment
- Ship features and experiments quickly and iterate toward product success, partnering with engineering across mobile and web platform delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 4+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology product company
- Strong product and design sense, built by shipping delightful and innovative products; you care as much about consistency and craft as you do about growth metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and move key metrics
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and make sound product decisions within technical constraints, especially around platform performance and design system architecture
- Deep user empathy and experience building products grounded in user needs
- Confidence building a rapid experimentation culture that accelerates learning and iteration
- Ability to influence and build alignment within your team, and across other product teams building on shared surfaces, to deliver against goals
- Ability to think outside the box and tackle complex problems with creative, even radical, ideas
- Fluency with AI tools in your own workflow, using them to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, prototyping, and data analysis, plus excitement about building products that get smarter through AI, not just faster to ship
