ABOUT THE TEAMThe Corporate Systems team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril's supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We call this system-of-systems "CorpOS". Within CorpOS lies a suite of digital software solutions aimed at solving the problems for our growth, finance, people teams that interplays heavily with our ArsenalOS solutions that enable Anduril's engineering, production and sustainment departments.
ABOUT THE ROLEThe Growth Platform carries Anduril from first customer conversation to signed contract to hardware in the field, and it does not live in any one application. A single opportunity crosses the CRM, contract lifecycle, master data, the ERP, and the data warehouse. Growth stalls in the seams between those systems, not inside them. You will own that end-to-end surface, partnering with Growth Operations, Business Development, Mission & Deployment Operations, Legal, and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DOProduct Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the Roadmap: Define and execute a 12-18 month roadmap for the platform as a whole, balancing requests from functions that each see one slice of the workflow.
- Map the Lifecycle: Maintain the authoritative view of how opportunities move across systems and where handoffs break.
Systems & Data Architecture
- Integration Ownership: Own how systems exchange data: sync direction, failure modes, and which system wins when records disagree.
- Data Model Judgment: Know what belongs in the system of record versus the warehouse.
- Compliance by Design: Build for a regulated, government-facing environment without making the workflow unusable.
Agile Execution & Delivery
- Backlog & Execution: Write user stories with precise acceptance criteria, run sprint ceremonies, and do the QA yourself.
- Release Management: Coordinate releases across systems that ship on different trains.
Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, upstream and downstream system owners, and leadership to define requirements.
- Measurement & Adoption: Publish baseline metrics for cycle time, data coverage, and adoption, and report them honestly.
Minimum Qualifications:- Product Management: 5-7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
- Cross-System Ownership: Proven experience owning a platform spanning multiple systems of record, including the integrations between them.
- Technical Depth: You can read a schema, follow data lineage, and query a warehouse without waiting on an analyst.
- Agile Frameworks: Deep experience managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Gov Cloud.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, ERP, master data, or quote-to-cash systems.
- Experience delivering on a modern data platform: warehouse modeling, pipelines, or BI.
- Applied AI or agentic capabilities embedded in enterprise workflows.
- Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or another regulated environment.
Core Competencies (Who You Are):- Systems Thinker: You follow a broken handoff across every hop rather than fixing it locally.
- The "Lean Team" Mindset: Comfortable wearing multiple hats (PM, BA, QA) and taking a hands-on approach to get things done.
- Strong Communicator: Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and hold your own with engineers.
